This townhouse is a new construction built in a quiet but up and coming part of Ankeny! It comes with a 2 car garage, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms!
we offer a stocked pantry, beer, soda, and water in the fridge, coffee for the keurig, laundry detergent, toothbrush/toothpaste and netflix! we hope that offering even these small things you can sit and relax for a bit until you make it out around town!
one of the biggest perks when it comes to booking with us is that both my husband and i clean our airbnbs! we hold a very high standard for cleanliness and always want our guests to have a clean, safe and quiet place to stay! every item that can be washed after someone checks out, will definitely be washed! (wether it was touched by the previous guest or not) who doesn’t love a fresh clean smell!!
